Nieuwendammerdijk

A dykehouse at a characteristic location in Amsterdam Noord. The foundation of the former house was in bad condition. We made a design for a new volume behind the old facade. The width of the plot allows for a central stairs in order to create three neutral floors. A steel structure offers a flexible use.
